As a Product Manager in Receivables, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle.We are looking for a Receivables Product Manager to manage our suite of products in Canada. The Receivables suite of products includes Wholesale Lockbox, Receivables Online, Remote Deposit Capture, Currency Services and more.Job responsibilitiesResponsible for establishing themselves as a subject matter expert for the Receivables suite of products to support & collaborate with partners across the FirmResponsible for oversight of complex client onboarding and client serviceCultivate partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Service to assure alignment and successful execution of key initiativesPartner closely with Technology and Operations to prioritize and deliver new product features and capabilities required for client commitmentsCoordinate internal and external communications about product updatesProduce data driven analysis to maximize revenue opportunitiesPromote a culture of continuous improvement to reduce errors and simplify processesWork independently and understand how the role supports Receivables as a whole, including special projects and initiatives related to our businessMaintain product and system documentation (user guides, implementation, marketing sheets, training decks, procedures)Support all compliance and risk related initiatives as necessary including auditing of documentation, risk analysis, and other product due diligence initiativesReview and certify monthly billing activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue captureUnderstand and analyze industry trends, risk and regulatory developments and competitive landscapeRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementDemonstrated written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attentive to detail and ability to work with minimal supervisionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationProven success and ability to execute tactical and strategic initiatives using a structured approachAdaptable, dependable, and flexible regarding work assignments and work scheduleExcellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-timeProficient knowledge of Microsoft tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPointWe recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
