(Secondary skillsets – C# or Java ) (50% of the above roles will have Python as primary and C#/Java as secondary; and 50% C#/Java as primary and Python as secondary) Will be working on designing, developing, managing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes and data transport solutions to support various internal applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is efficiently acquired, transformed, and delivered to meet project objectives. Create technical plans and various technical documentation related to any code developed. Collaborate with BAs/PMs to prioritize tasks and deliver on multiple concurrent data transformation projects. Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability across data processes by analyzing and understanding project details. Must-have: - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and experience managing complex programs with high-frequency requests and competing priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent analytical abilities. - 6+ years of experience in data analysis, ETL development, and data transport processes. - Expertise in Python for data manipulation, profiling, and automation. - Solid understanding of computer systems, interfaces, and data workflows. - Experience managing a portfolio of data-related projects. Nice-to-have: - Familiarity with Capital Markets, including a 360-degree understanding of its operations. - Knowledge of Accounting, Sub-Ledgers & Payments, FinTech, DeFi, Crypto, and Blockchain technologies. - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
