Position Summary As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, this position ensures buses adhere to our Internal Quality Control System. Responsibilities Identify quality and process gaps and non-conformance issues Perform in-process inspection of production, fabricated, and purchased materials Conduct final inspections of buses for delivery, investigate, and communicate non-conformance issues internally and externally, and find resolutions Qualifications Ability to read blueprints and use precision testing and measuring instruments Experience with quality systems to drive improvements Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Understanding of bill of materials related to product completion Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experience with Oracle database system and NDT certification are assets Ability to work rotating shifts Benefits Be part of a team leading the electrification of mass mobility Competitive wages and benefits, with immediate eligibility Paid holidays and vacation Inclusive culture valuing diversity and empowerment On-the-job training and ongoing learning investments Opportunities for advancement within our companies New Flyer is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
