Number of Positions: One (1) Required Language Skills: English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee large-scale construction operations and establish policies for the division. Oversee and manage nuclear decommissioning projects, with full accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and overall project performance. Allocate resources, establish and enforce project controls, governance frameworks, and reporting structures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Approve and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Lead contract strategy, review and approve change orders, and negotiate with contractors to optimize project outcomes and control costs. Provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership on project performance, risks, and strategic direction. Oversee the development and execution of Project Execution Plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, and operations teams. Direct project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project objectives. Establish risk management frameworks, make final decisions on risk mitigation strategies, and ensure effective issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery systems, processes, and performance metrics. Represent the company as well as develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project teams and project controls personnel. Required Skills: 10+ years of active, relevant and applicable experience in the construction industry Experience and ability to use the following: Cost Control Systems and Applications Planning and scheduling tools Risk Assessment and reporting tools Document Control Systems Experience with nuclear and nuclear decommissioning projects Required Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Administrative Management, Engineering or a related field.
