This role supports a large-scale digital transformation program across multiple business units. The focus is on building, enhancing, and integrating digital solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives. The Opportunity We are looking for Functional Analysts and QA professionals who can bridge business needs with technical execution while ensuring quality across the delivery lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role working closely with Agile teams in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Functional Analysis & Requirements Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications Define use cases, workflows, and business rules Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and acceptance criteria Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams QA & Testing Define test strategies and test plans early in the lifecycle Design and execute functional, integration, and end‑to‑end test cases Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution Validate solutions from both user and system perspectives Ensure stories are ready for development (clear acceptance criteria, completeness) Support continuous delivery and release cycles Documentation & Tools Maintain documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing Contribute to improving processes and documentation standards What You Need Must‑Have Experience as a Functional Analyst or QA / SDET in digital projects Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments Experience with Jira, Confluence, and testing tools Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Nice to Have Previous development experience (especially Java) transitioning into analysis Experience in large enterprise or transformation programs Exposure to web and mobile ecosystems Work Model Initial onboarding onsite (equipment setup and team onboarding) Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite Accessibility & Accommodation We are committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
