The role reports to the Manager, Financial Applications, and plays a key role in supporting and optimizing financial systems. The analyst works hands‑on with the ERP and other financial applications to resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives that strengthen the organization’s financial systems and operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to ERP and financial applications beyond standard support processes. Troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day system incidents and stakeholder requests across financial applications. Work collaboratively with Business and Systems Analysts to maintain and enhance ERP and financial systems through configuration, incident management, and feature development. Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Build deep, hands‑on expertise in ERP and financial applications to investigate issues, determine root causes, and support effective resolutions. Conduct impact analyses across modules and integrated systems to ensure changes are sustainable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. Act as a key liaison between Finance, operational business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into system specifications, configurations, and customizations. Support audit cycles by collecting, preparing, and presenting required system evidence. The ideal candidate is a resourceful and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting ERP or financial systems in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. The candidate should have a strong understanding of core ERP‑enabled business cycles—especially accounting, procurement, and accounts payable—and excel at translating business needs into clear technical and operational requirements. Known for a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shifting priorities, the candidate collaborates seamlessly across teams and demonstrates sound judgment when evaluating new requests. Exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and a commitment to consistent, high‑quality work are key to thriving in this role. Candidates with functional experience in ERP platforms such as IFS, D365, or SAP, along with a background in Finance or Accounting, will be well positioned for success. This role requires a strong on‑site presence; employees are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
