Responsibilities Lead month-end operational analysis, delivering timely variance analysis across plant operations, procurement, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Design and maintain reporting frameworks to provide visibility into operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and cost drivers. Oversee forecasting and budgeting for operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and operational realities. Monitor capital expenditures against budget, evaluate ROI, and ensure financial discipline in investment decisions (CapEx). Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations to improve performance and cost efficiency. Maintain robust financial controls and cost accounting practices, with continuous optimization. Qualifications CPA designation required. 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations finance and cost accounting. Strong understanding of manufacturing or plant operations, procurement, and logistics. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
