The ideal candidate will be able to significantly grow their existing book of business: The following areas of experience are of particular interest: Business, Corporate Commercial or Franchise Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Power of Sale / Foreclosure, Real Estate / Mortgage Lending and Estates Litigation NOT Family Law, Criminal Law or Insurance Defense Compensation is based on a graduated percentage of billings Expected Compensation range: $200,000 to $350,000 This is a new position for the firm.
