The Group Director, Data & Product at Havas Media Group Canada (HMG CA) is responsible for driving adoption of AI-powered data, products, and media technologies across cross-functional teams, primarily through the Converged.AI ecosystem. We want the role to shift internal teams toward AI-driven, signal-based decisioning, leveraging platform-native AI and proprietary tools to enhance media insights, strategic planning, activation and measurement capabilities. This role will also support growth initiatives across existing clients and new business Key Responsibilities In collaboration with the HMG Canada Senior Leadership Team, set the strategic vision for Havas’ Data & Product department . Lead the full roll out of Converged.AI in Canada within the Havas Media team Define and lead the AI, data, and product vision in partnership with the HMG Canada SLT Identify gaps across AI, data, and media tool capabilities and deliver a clear roadmap Drive adoption of AI-enabled planning, activation, and measurement frameworks Support growth and new business through AI-led capabilities and product storytelling Act as a senior advisor to clients on AI transformation, data strategy, and advanced media solutions Data Embed Converged.AI and data to be at the core of planning and activation for example enabling the use of predictive modelling, audience intelligence, and real-time signals Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain seamless system integration, enabling reliable data flows and a strong foundation for scalable AI activations Product Working with cross-functional champions , maintaining overview of existing capabilities Lead demos, testing, and rollout of emerging AI and media technologies Ensure Converged.AI connects with platform signals for continuous optimization Define what Innovation means for Havas Media and how it is operationalized through AI, automation, and intelligent media systems Drive efficiency through automation and AI-assisted workflows Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across the business Enable teams with intelligent data products and faster insights Foster a test-and-learn culture across the business Elevate client deliverables through the innovative use and deployment of AI solutions Additional Responsibilities Audience & Insight Development : Lead AI-powered audience builds and insights via Converged.AI and media tools like Telmar and Pathmatics Measurement & Learning: Support development of AI-informed measurement frameworks and learning agendas in partnership with Activation Competitive Intelligence: Drive automation of competitive data and insight generation (e.g. Pathmatics, Numerator, CSA solutions) Be the point of contact for bigger data integration projects and conversations such as MMM or 1PD ingestion.
