Master Data Management (MDM) Architect Lead the long‑term strategy, design, and delivery of our global MDM program across 100+ countries. This role defines the future‑state vision, owns end‑to‑end MDM architecture, and drives improvement across data governance, cloud platforms, and AI/ML‑enabled MDM processes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain the MDM technology roadmap aligned with enterprise digital goals.Design solutions that meet product needs, business priorities, and architecture standards.Lead MDM, Data Governance, and Cloud Data Management initiatives.Own the full MDM architecture—from conceptual design, data modeling, PoCs, to implementation.Establish standards and shared components for enterprise projects.Guide the full lifecycle of MDM solution delivery and provide expert technical oversight.Define match/merge and survivorship rules for new source systems.Design real‑time and batch integration architecture.Maintain critical architectural documents and diagrams.Required ExperienceMDM Architecture:5+ years designing and delivering MDM solutions (7+ preferred).Implementation Leadership:Led 3+ MDM implementations as a technical or project lead.Architecture Services:Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.Cloud (AWS Preferred):3–5+ years using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).MDM Platforms:Hands‑on experience with Reltio or similar platforms (Informatica, IBM, SAP MDG, Semarchy).MDM Configuration:Strong skills in configuring match rules, survivorship, workflows, and reference data.Integrations:Experience with MuleSoft and/or Solace for enterprise integrations.Enterprise Systems:Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and downstream BI/Data Warehouse consumers.Mandatory SkillsMDM platform implementation (Reltio or equivalent)MuleSoft / Solace integrationAWS cloud experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, API Gateway)Deep knowledge of match/survivorship rules, workflows, and reference dataNice to HaveStrategic leadership with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersIndustry knowledge in Pharma/Biotech/Information domainsSME‑level expertise in master data domains (HCP, HCO, Product, Payer)Strong communication and presentation skillsFirst 60‑Day ObjectivesComplete knowledge transfer from the current architect and work independentlyIdentify process gaps and propose optimization plansSeniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type ContractJob function Information Technology, Consulting, and EngineeringIndustries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology Research, and Technology, Information and Media#J-18808-Ljbffr
