We are seeking a Principal Engineer with deep technical expertise in rotating and thermal equipment to support complex oil and gas projects across the asset lifecycle. This role provides senior technical leadership, design authority, and engineering oversight for heat exchangers, compressors, and pumps , and serves as a key technical advisor to project, operations, and maintenance teams. The successful candidate will bring extensive industry experience, strong professional judgment, and the ability to lead engineering decisions on high‑risk, high‑value projects. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical authority for rotating and thermal equipment, including: Compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating) Pumps (API and non‑API) Provide engineering leadership through all project phases including concept, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational support Develop and review engineering deliverables such as specifications, datasheets, calculations, design reviews, and vendor packages Lead equipment selection, sizing, and performance evaluation Provide guidance on API, ASME, and industry codes and standards Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements Review vendor proposals and coordinate with suppliers and EPC partners Mentor and provide technical direction to intermediate and junior engineers Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and lifecycle reliability Interface with operations, maintenance, inspection, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient execution #J-18808-Ljbffr
