This is a great early‑career or first‑job opportunity for a young person who loves working with kids, is curious about art and making, and wants to build experience in teamwork, communication, and youth programming. Junior Counsellors work alongside our Camp Leaders, Artist Instructors, and Counsellors to help campers stay safe, included, and engaged throughout the day. You'll get hands‑on experience in a creative studio environment, supportive mentorship from experienced staff, and a written reference at the end of the summer.
