Insight Global is looking for a Product Consultant, Recruitment Digitization to support recruitment technology initiatives within a People & Culture organization. This consultant will act as a strategic advisor and solution partner, ensuring continuity of key recruitment digitization initiatives during a temporary team coverage period. This role focuses heavily on Workday Talent Acquisition change delivery, governance, and testing, while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate recruitment needs into scalable, high-quality digital solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product, business analysis, or technology consulting roles Postsecondary education In-depth experience with testing activities, including regression testing across complex systems Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile, iterative) Experience with requirements analysis, problem decomposition, and project delivery practices across the project lifecycle Knowledge of business and technical environments, including common enterprise tools and applications (e.g., Microsoft business technologies) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement abilities Advanced analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and influence skills Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in a regulated environment NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Workday Pro Certification Experience within a financial institution Prior experience supporting Talent Acquisition or HR technology initiatives
