Scion Law LLP is a growing boutique firm located in downtown Vancouver, specializing in tax, trust, estate planning and administration, as well as estate litigation and family law. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Law Office Administrator to join our young and energetic team. Responsibilities Client and file management, including opening and closing files and conflicts searches; Handling receivables and payables, entering disbursements and online transactions; Managing office supplies, software, equipment, and facilities including communicating with the firm’s vendors and service providers Recording expenses, deposits and disbursements Handling general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers Following up on accounts receivable and collections Improving office efficiencies and developing administrative procedures Ensuring smooth office operations Qualifications Two to five years of experience in a legal or administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively Superb organizational skills Bookkeeping skills and/or previous Human Resources training would be an asset What We Offer A long-term, full-time permanent position A supportive work environment where you can grow with our team Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM on-site work schedule Competitive compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 with health benefits.
