Account Executive, Group Insurance Are you eager to contribute to the purpose of a company that aims to help its clients feel confident and secure about their future? As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in building relationships with advisors and contributing to the achievement of Group Insurance's growth objectives and the development of iA brand awareness in Ontario. What You’ll Accomplish With Us Ensure business development and after-sales service (Group Insurance) by establishing solid business relationships with our network of advisors, making them aware of our service offering, and building trust with them. Deliver and strategically position our proposals (service offerings) in the market, and ensure the management and retention of a portfolio. In collaboration with the Group Insurance Director, Distribution, develop and implement the sales strategy, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with the various teams. Promote the iA brand, represent the organization at industry events and plan events and activities with advisors. Lead the preparation and delivery of finalist presentations. Actively participate in the development and evolution of our service offering with our teams so that it is constantly aligned with the market reality. In collaboration with our partners and advisors, develop personalized solutions adapted to the needs of our customers and prospects.
