Leadervest Inc. is expanding and seeking a high-performing Director of Executive Search & Recruitment to lead senior-level searches and develop strategic client relationships across Canada and the United States. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role designed for experienced recruiters who want to operate at a high level while collaborating with some of the top-producing recruiters in the country. You will work alongside industry-leading billers, gaining insight from their success while also be mentored to take your game to the next level. The Role – Director of Executive Search & Recruitment This is a 360-desk role focused primarily on business development, client advisory, and revenue generation, with recruitment execution supported by strong internal resources and collaboration. The Director will take a sales-driven approach to executive search, building long-term client partnerships and securing high-level mandates while delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment, enjoys winning new business, and wants to operate in a firm where top producers collaborate and elevate each other’s performance. Key Responsibilities Lead executive search and senior recruitment engagements across Canada and the United States Develop and manage a 360 recruitment desk, with a strong focus on business development and client acquisition Build long-term relationships with C-suite executives, founders, and senior leadership teams Secure new search mandates through consultative sales and strategic networking Identify and attract top-tier candidates for executive and senior leadership roles Oversee the full executive search lifecycle, including market mapping, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation Deliver hiring strategy insights, market intelligence, and compensation benchmarks to clients Collaborate with other top-producing recruiters within Leadervest to deliver exceptional results Mentor and support other consultants as the firm grows Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in agency recruitment or executive search Demonstrated success operating a 360 recruitment desk with a strong emphasis on business development and revenue generation Experience working in the Canadian and/or U.S. recruitment markets Proven track record of consistent billings and successful placements Strong consultative sales ability and relationship-building skills Ability to operate independently within a remote, entrepreneurial environment Interest in mentoring and collaborating with other high-performing recruiters Excellent communication, negotiation, and client advisory skills Why Join Leadervest Fully remote work-from-home environment Opportunity to work alongside top producers in the recruitment industry and learn from leading billers A collaborative culture where experienced recruiters mentor and elevate each other Entrepreneurial firm focused on results, relationships, and long-term client partnerships Competitive compensation tied directly to performance and revenue generation Opportunity to build a strong personal brand within a growing executive search firm This is a 100% commission-based role (no base salary) with uncapped earning potential, and top performers can earn $250-500K CAD.
