This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural Engineer or Designer who enjoys working in a collaborative, tight-knit environment and wants exposure to the full lifecycle of projects —from site investigations through to project closeout. Key Responsibilities Full Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage projects from initial site visits and assessments through design, tendering, contract administration, and final closeout documentation Structural Design & Analysis: Prepare and review structural designs for institutional and public-sector buildings using industry-standard tools Technical Documentation: Develop clear, concise engineering reports and supporting documentation for public and institutional clients Team & Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with internal structural team members and coordinate with external sub-consultants (MEP and others) Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key technical point of contact, ensuring project requirements, timelines, and deliverables are met Field Reviews & Site Work: Conduct site inspections and field reviews across the GTA as part of project execution Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
