Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract top technical talent. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years of technical recruiting experience.
