ResponsibilitiesLead the technical execution of a large, multidisciplinary capital project (building, process, utilities, automation). Oversee and coordinate multiple project workstreams (facility expansion, utilities, equipment installation). Manage and collaborate with external engineering firms, consultants, and contractors. Review, challenge, and validate engineering designs and deliverables. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execution plans. Ensure alignment between technical decisions, project timelines, and overall objectives. Support and oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activities. Drive project performance to ensure delivery on time, on scope, and on budget. Collaborate with engineering partners during design development and technical reviews. Maintain a strong on-site presence during execution, ensuring effective coordination and project delivery. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or related engineering discipline. 7‑10+ years of experience in project engineering and capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing environments. Proven track record of successfully delivering large‑scale capital projects ($20M+). Strong experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external partners, consultants, and vendors. Solid systems thinking with the ability to navigate and oversee complex technical environments. Proven strength in project planning, structuring, and execution. Ability to lead, influence, and drive alignment without direct authority.
