Neo Financial is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to lead profitability and success in the British Columbia region. The role includes managing and developing District Managers, driving sales growth, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining a high‑performance sales culture. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and drive revenue growth. Manage and mentor District Managers, providing coaching, support, and guidance to ensure they meet sales targets. Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and optimize CAC across all districts. Ensure District Managers effectively recruit, onboard, and develop their teams, including Store Managers and sales representatives. Spearhead regional sales training initiatives and ensure consistent delivery of company sales programs. Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures across all districts. Facilitate communication and collaboration between District Managers and senior sales leadership. Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including new locations, channels, and partnerships. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the Senior Director of Sales. Travel within the region to support District Managers, assess operations, and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies. Who We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of managing and developing sales teams. Experience driving sales growth, improving team performance, and managing profitability (P&L). Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using sales metrics to drive strategic decision‑making. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region. Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or districts, ideally in financial services or direct‑to‑consumer sales. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong network of high‑performing sales representatives. Compensation & Benefits Compensation Range: CA$75 K – CA$90 K. Equity through stock options for all team members.
