Firm has an excellent reputation for client‑focused service, a strong culture, and will provide a ready file load. Candidates who develop their own client base will have a higher bonus structure. The position is in the office with the option for remote work on occasion. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements Provide legal advice on business law matters Support clients with incorporations, reorganizations, and transactions Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications 2–5 years of corporate commercial law experience Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to manage files independently Excellent communication and client service skills Motivated to grow a practice and contribute to firm goals In good standing with Alberta Law Society and at least four years’ experience as an Associate At this time, we will only consider candidates meeting these requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
