Job Description We’re seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to architect and deliver innovative solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud. You’ll join a diverse, agile technical team leveraging modern development practices, scaled agile frameworks, and DevOps/SRE methodologies to build the CRM Advisor Platform of the future. In this role, you’ll combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring junior developers while driving business value through strategic platform implementation. Key Responsibilities Design, Development & Deployment: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers; establish coding standards and best practices across the development team Architecture & Strategy Alignment: Collaborate closely with architects and business partners to translate CRM requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions Requirements & Technical Analysis: Partner with scrum teams to gather requirements and user stories; conduct technical analysis, provide accurate estimates, and drive requirement refinement Integration & Systems Architecture: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using APIs, event‑based patterns, and modern UI frameworks DevOps & Best Practices: Champion DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and development best practices; ensure compliance with internal standards and governance frameworks Platform Governance & Optimization: Stay current with Salesforce platform updates; implement platform best practices and recommend process efficiencies to optimize performance and scalability We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
