Analyst, Measurement & Attribution Workplace Type: Hybrid (Vancouver, BC or Austin, TX) Reporting To: Director, Franchise Analytics Studio / Department: The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. Impact: You will support marketing investment decisions by translating modeling outputs into clear insights. You will connect data across channels to inform budget allocation and improve performance. Responsibilities Run marketing mix modeling analyses to support budget decisions Deliver insights and validate outputs with business teams Combine modeling outputs with first-party and channel data Partner with media teams to support ROI target setting Support experimentation roadmap to improve model accuracy Contribute to insight storytelling for marketing strategy Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM, economics, or related field 2+ years experience in analytics or marketing measurement Experience querying large datasets using SQL Core Skills And Experience Exposure to marketing mix modeling or attribution Experience working with campaign or media data Data visualization and reporting Experience supporting cross-functional analytics work Familiarity with experimentation methods Pay Transparency - North America Compensation And Benefits British Columbia (e.g., Vancouver vs. Victoria): $77,700 - $107,900 CAD Benefits: 3 weeks vacation per year to start, 10 days sick time per year, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks maternity, 4 weeks parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan for full‑time employees, and potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
