Active Directory Systems Administrator (Senior) Responsibilities Join the Active Directory Level 3 support team as a technical expert Support production environments as part of an agile team Ensure optimal operational performance of the AMER Active Directory platform Participate in ongoing global projects such as infrastructure upgrades and security enhancement initiatives Work within and become familiar with a 300-server infrastructure Balance daily responsibilities between project work and operational support Collaborate closely with teams across multiple global regions, including Europe and Asia Contribute ideas and solutions within integrated global teams Address worldwide technical subjects with meaningful impact Engage in training and mentoring programs Develop technical and interpersonal skills within a banking sector environment Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience Strong ability to analyze and understand complex Active Directory issues Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex ADFS implementations Experience with Windows scripting and automation using PowerShell Nice to Have Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resourcefulness Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Focus on results and quality delivery Experience working in agile environments Language Requirement Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is required, as the role involves regular collaboration with international teams. Salary Range CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range is determined based on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience, education, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis, a reasonable estimate for the salary range of this position is between $60,000 and $115,000.
