About the Role We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and relationship‑oriented Director, Corporate Development to build and scale a national referral and partnership ecosystem. This is a builder role—focused on identifying, activating, and growing networks of professionals who can introduce qualified investors to Lankin. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a strong personal network, a relentless drive to win, and the creativity to develop partnership strategies that unlock new capital channels.
