About the Role As the Director of Finance and Administration, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, overseeing financial operations, organizational reporting, compliance, budgeting, audit coordination, risk management, and administrative infrastructure. This role requires a strategic finance leader who can confidently operate within a complex international NGO environment while supporting both Canadian operations and broader global reporting relationships. The successful candidate will bring experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments, international financial structures, and cross‑functional collaboration within globally connected organizations. Working closely with executive leadership, the Director of Finance and Administration will help strengthen financial systems, support organizational decision‑making, and ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
