Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 Benefits: RRSP, health/dental/vision package, reimbursement for tuition and professional dues, paid vacation, personal days, and sick days The Position Reporting to the Director of Project Controls and Shared Services, the Quality Manager will champion, support or lead quality improvement initiatives while supporting the corporate quality requirements of the organization and internal audits. The incumbent will coordinate all organizational activities with regard to quality, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture. What you'll be doing Quality Develop the quality goals and targets in the organization’s strategic plan Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization Maintaining a constant awareness of the business context and company profitability Assessing product specifications and customer requirements Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation including ISO 9001, CSA Z299.1, CSA N299.1, GAMP, TSSA Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements Setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved Creating and maintaining controls and documentation procedures Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the exception of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications Establishing standards of service for customers or clients Identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training Leadership Promote positive relations between departments and with partners, customers, vendors, and distributors Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations which support continuous improvement initiatives Recommend Eclipse Database improvements on an ongoing basis to increase efficiency throughout the company Continuously resource new innovative solutions for corporate competitiveness Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy Project Execution Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely Complete other duties and projects as assigned Ensure scheduled milestones are met Notify the appropriate departments if milestones are not met Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
