Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technology Project Manager / Delivery Consultant (Payments) to lead end-to-end delivery of application development initiatives within the outbound payments portfolio for a major banking client. This role is focused on core payment systems and payment flows, requiring a strong understanding of how payments work across P2P and B2B channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving delivery while translating complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of payments-related technology projects Manage multiple workstreams across application development (SDLC) Support initiatives involving payment processing and transaction flows Support initiatives involving wire transfers and money movement platforms Support initiatives involving payment ecosystem integrations Apply and ensure alignment to payment standards (ISO 8583 / ISO 20022) Partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language Manage project financials, timelines, risks, and reporting Create executive updates, decks, and governance materials We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of IT Project Management / Delivery experience Strong understanding of payments and how payment systems operate Experience with payment standards (ISO 8583 / ISO 20022) Exposure to transaction processing Strong understanding of SDLC and application delivery Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Strong communication skills — ability to simplify complex technology topics Experience in banking, fintech, or consulting environments Exposure to card networks (Visa / Mastercard) Basic understanding of FX or cross-border payments Client‑facing consulting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
