About The Team About The Team The CRM customer lifecycle manager will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.). What You Will Do Responsible for defining life-cycle strategy and devising tactics in line with strategy Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage and follow‑up with reporting, and communicating results to stakeholders Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns Work with Data teams to help build out long‑term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments Build and execute experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in marketing or quantitative field required. 5+ years of experience required in CRM / Customer Engagement Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing. Proficiency in reporting tools such as DOMO, Google Analytics and Tableau Experience with CEP such as Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, etc. Experience with lifecycle marketing, referral or loyalty programs Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate initiatives. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Project planning and project management skills Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with different departments and role profiles. For this role, the target base salary range in Toronto is $88,000 - $110,000 CAD annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. The role will be in‑office on a hybrid schedule – employees are expected to work in the office three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
