This role is part of a global team focused on driving player growth and efficiency across digital marketing channels across Europe and the US.What You’ll DoIndependently manage significant performance marketing budgets across multiple channels to maximize games’ growth and profitabilityStrategize, execute, and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, Influencer marketing, and moreLocate, negotiate, and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisitionGrow and manage marketing partnerships for UA efforts across the globeDesign and execute A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teamsContribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to achieve breakthrough creative strategies to attract new usersCollaborate cross‑functionally with product, ads, data, and creative teams to grow the portfolio through full‑view lifecycle marketingLead with expert knowledge of UA tactics and mentor junior staffRaise potential future issues related to methodology or industry changesProactively source new partners to diversify the portfolioPresent and speak to leadership stakeholders across functionsWhat We’re Looking ForBA or BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field3‑5 years of experience in media buying, user acquisition or performance marketingStrong passion for mobile advertising and mobile app marketCreative problem‑solving acumen and analytical rigor to test assumptionsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailProven ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teamsExperience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads is a plusUnderstanding of funnel conversion metrics, retention rates, and LTV predictionsDeep knowledge of our data architecture and tech stack and ability to work with data teamsAwareness of emerging external trendsStrong self‑reflection, feedback receptivity, and personal improvement focusAbility to follow up on tasks and action items independentlyStrong proficiency with ExcelBenefits Annual salary for British Columbia: $80,000 – $105,000 CAD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid company days, and unlimited paid time off.
