We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team! You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Review and validate orders through entry process (automated), order processing; Confirms orders to customers; Opens engineering change requests as needed; Follows-up and review ECO information; Escalating issues to specialized teams; Tracks orders with the planning and shipping team to meet customer needs; Product forecasts/alignment with protect revenue quota; Authorizes the return of material; Resolving complaints or technical issues; Completes orders for production made externally; Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email; Resolving immediate customer issues or inquiries; Addresses customer complaints, troubleshooting, or providing assistance when needed, providing general support; Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
