Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Accounting Manager, COM Job Title: Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Accounting Manager, COM Key Responsibilities Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end intercompany process between I&CP and the rest of Accenture, including intercompany billing, settlements, and eliminations from both a statutory and management reporting perspective. Financial Close: Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for controllership activities across all legal entities to ensure timely reporting. Compliance & Controls: Partner with Tax, Treasury, Mobility and Transfer Price teams to ensure compliance with transfer pricing agreements. FX Management: Understand and ensure accurate accounting for foreign exchange impact on multi-currency accounting. Audit Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding intercompany documentation and variance analysis. System Optimization: Drive continuous process improvements and automation within Deltek and SAP to ensure accurate financial reporting. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance professionals across Operations, Controllership, Mobility, and FP&A to establish intercompany processes and provide guidance on complex intercompany issues. Experience: 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Language: Bilingual French and English proficiency required. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in large‑scale ERP systems and expert‑level Microsoft Excel skills; Deltek VantagePoint ERP experience is preferred. Knowledge: Deep understanding of consolidation accounting, intercompany eliminations, project management reporting and global transfer pricing. Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cross‑functional teams.
