The Opportunity This high‑visibility role operates in a “CFO‑like” capacity, partnering closely with Operations leadership to drive strategic initiatives, prioritize business objectives, and achieve financial targets. Key Job Duties & Responsibilities Participate in daily operational review meetings, delivering actionable analysis of prior‑day performance Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand key decisions and their financial impact Identify and drive cost‑saving opportunities across materials, labor, overhead, and other manufacturing costs Support development of the annual operating plan in partnership with Operations Conduct financial modeling and analysis, including product costing, cost savings initiatives, capital planning, and special projects Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to support new product costing and innovation initiatives Deliver monthly financial presentations to executive leadership, clearly communicating performance and insights Prepare and analyze weekly KPI metrics, including variance analysis against budget and forecast Oversee daily cost accounting activities and ensure timely completion of all reporting requirements Evaluate and improve business controls and processes in collaboration with management Ideal Qualifications and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 3+ years of experience in FP&A or Cost Accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment using standard costing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving organization with a proactive and adaptable mindset Solid understanding of cost accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systemsIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets Collaborative approach with strong problem‑solving capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
