Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a results-driven Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) to accelerate co-sell motions with Global System Integrators (GSIs) across the Canadian Public Sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship owner between AWS and strategic GSI partners, driving joint pipeline development, co-selling activities, and revenue growth for Government, Healthcare, and Education customers. You will work at the intersection of AWS field sales, partner organizations, and customer accounts to drive new routes to market with new joint offerings, solutions, and strategic initiatives that leverage GSI expertise in areas such as enterprise migration, application modernization, data analytics, and generative AI. Key Responsibilities Work closely with AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, Industry/Technology SMEs, and Partner Marketing to develop and drive new AWS revenue opportunities. Deliver revenue growth and overall end-customer adoption for strategic initiatives. Cultivate sales and partner relationships and execute sales campaigns with long-term interests of AWS, GSI partners, and end-user customers. Advise on AWS investments, industry prioritization, and strategic initiatives based on market growth potential. Create and execute Joint Partner Sales Plans to accelerate AWS revenue, target new markets, and ensure alignment with AWS strategic direction. Communicate partner offering capabilities and successes to AWS Partner teams, field sales, solutions architects, and business development. Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the AWS senior management team. Define CxO relationship strategy and coordinate executive business reviews. Basic Requirements 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience Experience working with systems integrators and consulting companies to achieve sales Experience selling cloud solutions Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue growth through partner co-sell motions Experience developing and executing joint business plans with strategic partners Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and compliance requirements in Canada Preferred Requirements 3+ years of experience working at or with GSIs to drive cloud adoption Proficiency in French Benefits Salary range: $123,600 – $206,300 CAD annually (Toronto or Ottawa). Package may include sign-on payments, RSUs, and sales incentives.
