Responsibilities Source, structure, and negotiate financing transactions with hotel and restaurant owners in Quebec. Achieve annual origination, profitability, and fee income objectives aligned with business plans. Analyze financial statements, operating performance, and industry trends to recommend credit decisions. Prepare and present financing proposals and pricing strategies to clients and prospects. Develop and execute targeted business development and networking initiatives. Support the underwriting, renewal, and management of select high‑profile Quebec‑based house accounts. Your team As part of NBC Franchise Finance , you’ll join a specialized national team focused on financing solutions for hotel and restaurant operators. You’ll report to an AVP, Franchise Finance , and work closely with Credit Analysts, Structuring Managers, Portfolio Managers, Documentation Specialists, and Treasury partners. The team is recognized for its deep industry expertise, disciplined credit approach, and strong client relationships across Canada.
