ROLE: Manager, Securitization and Technical Accounting CONTRACT: 12 months, with chance for extension/permanent START DATE: ASAP SETUP: Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office About the Opportunity Lead the accounting workstream for the securitization program and help establish the supporting process framework. Analyze securitization performance, including profitability, funding impact, and comparison against non-securitized structures. Work closely with internal finance, accounting, legal, and external capital markets partners on transaction execution. Guide and support the internal accounting team on the treatment and reporting requirements for securitized portfolios. Act as the internal subject matter expert on how securitization structures flow operationally and financially. Help build out and support a small securitization-focused team as the program develops. About You Strong depth in accounting, with the ability to explain complex accounting treatment clearly. Prior securitization experience, ideally with end-to-end exposure to transaction execution and ongoing reporting. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and operate in a hands‑on, build‑mode environment.
