Job Summary As the National Manager, Sales and Strategic Account Operations, you will lead the sales force and manage key strategic fertility networks nationally to achieve sales and business goals. We are committed to diversity and inclusion. Location Field‑based. Assigned territory: National. Travel required: 65%. Responsibilities Promote and lead EMD Inc. high‑impact sales culture. Manage performance of Therapeutic Area Specialists (TAS) and support personnel: set objectives, build incentive plans, monitor activities, and review outputs, including field observation. Participate in creation of strategic direction and brand planning and ensure effective implementation of Sales and Marketing strategy. Develop TAS business plan template and manage planning activities to align with strategic direction and maximize ROI. Implement cycle team meetings in partnership with the marketing team. Recruit, retain, and succession‑plan TAS. Provide strong leadership to motivate and inspire the team. Deliver ongoing training for TAS to ensure accurate and balanced presentation of product information. Identify training needs and create individualized development plans. Support in‑field development to meet activity targets. Lead and shape the relationship with national fertility networks, aligning with North America and Global colleagues and optimizing direct account contracts. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field. Minimum 5 years experience in sales leadership in a key account environment. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Advanced degree (M.Sc., Pharm.D., MBA) preferred. Experience in the fertility specialty sector. Computer literacy. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
