Senior Brand Manager – Brand Operations (Amazon & Regional) P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company. Join our Brand Operations Team in Toronto GO to lead strategic and operational aspects of our Amazon and regional brand initiatives. Responsibilities Lead retail media for Amazon and manage the Amazon Ads relationship, including Endeavor and internal training. Develop and execute Search and Display strategies to meet Amazon growth targets and improve ROAS. Roll out new capabilities to teams, influencing roadmap changes with Amazon Ads and regional retailers. Manage scaled activations (e.g., NHL Scale Plan, Spend Get) to deliver value. Collaborate with category, media, retailer, and other stakeholders to guide vision strategy for multiple brands. Identify consumer needs, understand shopper insights, and execute marketing plans that win with consumers on the shelf. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of digital commerce experience in CPG, eCommerce retail platform, or agency. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of retail media best practices, preferably with Amazon experience. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to develop effective brand strategies. Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proactive leadership to find innovation opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities.
