Kitchen Manager – Salt Spring Coffee Cafe and Kitchen Salt Spring Coffee Cafe and Kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team in delivering high-quality, consistent meals in a welcoming and efficient environment. This hands‑on role includes overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, sanitation, staff training, and a la carte breakfast cooking. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise kitchen staff in all areas of food preparation and delivery Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen sanitation.
