What You’ll Do Accountable for reference data of Wireless and Wireline product builds / constructs that support external subscriber reporting Review and enhance audits, data governance of reference tables Active participant representing Finance BI & Analytics in Go-To-Market and program meetings, raising issues, concerns, and escalating where necessary Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sr Analysts Provide data governance over reference table management within the data warehouse Manage ad-hoc subscriber reporting projects and deep dive investigations related to subscriber anomalies Proactively identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall quality and efficiencies for operations and reporting Represent Finance BI & Analytics in cross-functional meetings Evaluate, drive change, promote adoption, and governance of new processes and technologies What You’ll Bring 5 to 10 years of experience in a progressive Business Analytics/Financial Reporting role Proficient user experience with Databricks, Snowflake and/or SQL and relational databases Undergraduate university degree Ability to influence and drive decisions that support department and organization objectives Excellent judgment and sound decision-making skills, with the ability to see the big picture Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with peers and directors, as the role is dependent on information provided by cross-functional teams Driven, customer focused and result oriented individual, accustomed to an extremely fast-paced environment, with ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise written reports and deliver presentations Telecommunications experience with ordering and billing systems an asset What's In It For You We believe in investing in our people and helping them reach their potential as valuable members of our team.
