Multiplatform Project Manager, Media Creativity (Telework/Hybrid) Reporting to the Manager, Project Management and Operations, Media Creativity, you are responsible for activating and ensuring the quality of multiplatform advertising campaigns sold to clients. Your role involves managing the full lifecycle of campaigns across television, digital, and social platforms, providing strategic advice, and maintaining client trust through efficient and tailored solutions for each assignment. Key Responsibilities Supervise the rollout of advertising campaigns, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality control. Assist in pre‑sales feasibility studies and develop overall project timelines. Coordinate delivery of client activation components across all platforms. Provide guidance to clients, in‑house teams and suppliers through production, approvals, delivery, and optimization. Participate in commercial production team briefings, guiding clients through design, production, and post‑production phases, and secure all necessary internal and external approvals. Act as digital producer: manage microsites and promotional tools, provide cost estimates, brief external suppliers, support the approval process, and ensure campaign components meet quality standards. Assist with optimization, measure performance, and develop post‑mortems to present campaign reports to clients. Administer client‑sponsored contests, drafting rules and obtaining legal approvals. Coordinate product integration or placement initiatives, developing briefings and monitoring implementation to achieve client goals. Serve as the client’s advocate, negotiating with stakeholders to secure optimal solutions. Qualifications University degree in marketing communications or equivalent. Five (5) or more years of experience in related duties. Knowledge of the production process. Knowledge of television, digital, and social platforms. Knowledge of the media industry and Radio‑Canada programming. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive). Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent judgment, initiative, and independence. Strong prioritization and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingualism (English and French).
