We are looking for a Manager, Digital Design & Delivery to lead the development of Dillon’s firm‑wide digital design practices. The role can be based at any of our North York, Downtown Toronto, Oakville, Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener, London, Chatham, Windsor, Kingston, or Ottawa offices. Reporting to the Director, Practice Operations, the Manager will shape how our multidisciplinary teams use CADD, BIM, and related platforms to deliver projects consistently and efficiently. Responsibilities Establish and maintain a robust, firm‑wide digital modeling framework, including CADD, BIM, and data standards. Align digital workflows and deliverables with client needs and practice standards. Promote adoption of enterprise templates and workflows to reduce regional silos and manual rework. Build consensus with technical leaders to transition to standardized practices. Ensure enterprise standards are integrated into project delivery and QA/QC processes nationwide. Provide oversight of the digital design resource pool, evaluating and managing external delivery partners. Develop and execute a 12–24 month Digital Delivery Roadmap aligned with the firm's business plan and innovation goals. Coordinate software upgrades, testing, and vendor relationships with IT to support seamless project team experiences. Analyze design‑to‑delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Qualifications Skills & Competencies Lead change and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across diverse teams. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build buy‑in across all levels. Identify inefficiencies and create scalable, repeatable solutions. Strong working knowledge of the CADD/BIM landscape (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, GIS). Experience 10+ years of professional experience in technical design, engineering, or planning. 5+ years in a leadership role focused on digital delivery, standards governance, or technical practice operations. Experience within a multi‑discipline consulting firm with standardization challenges. Ability to balance internal operational efficiencies with diverse client delivery requirements. Proven leadership of large‑scale initiatives and influence in complex environments. Experience managing relationships with major software vendors and external delivery partners. Compensation $95,000 – $145,000. Salary is based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic region.
