You will identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and drive business objectives in a fast‑paced environment. In This Role, You Will: Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following operating procedures and regulatory requirements. Understand and assess customer needs to recommend solutions and exercise discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time. Connect personally with customers to provide clear and effective guidance on banking solutions and processes. Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status. Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements whenever opportunities arise. Job Requirements: High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet usage. Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
