Reporting to the District Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution of a group of 3–8 stores, which may include maintaining leadership over their designated home store. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving profitable top-line sales growth, and cultivating a high-performance selling culture.
