This position requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in digital equipment, signal processing and networking (i.e. DTN, MPLS, routing protocols & Class of Service, DVB), the knowledge of 5G NTN, RF and system payload design will be considered favorably. Knowledge of simulation tools (Matlab, Simulink, UML, STK, etc.) and operating systems (Linux, etc.). Knowledge of software development with Agile method. Knowledge of the architectures and operation of SDR (Software Defined Radio). Demonstrated experience in leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams is desired. Excellent communication, technical writing, and oral presentation skills. French required, English fluency would be an asset (contact with customers outside Québec). Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and self‑motivation. Strong analytic, technical and problem‑solving skills.
