This position serves as Senior Project Manager level Clinical Trial Leader (CTL) and provides strategic global oversight of Phase II and III clinical trials worldwide in Immunology, Metabolic, and Oncology. The CTL ensures precise planning, efficient execution, and high‑quality delivery of trials while maintaining strong collaboration with teams across the globe. Responsibilities Lead global planning activities and operational feasibility assessments. Strengthen cross‑functional cohesion with Statistics, Data Management, Medical Writing, Site Monitoring, Quality, and Regulatory teams. Guide country allocation and feasibility processes and shape global site strategies. Develop robust global engagement, recruitment, and risk mitigation plans. Lead vendor outsourcing strategy, including identification, evaluation, and scope‑of‑work development. Align global teams on clinical quality, safety, investigational product management, and financial planning. Prepare or support responses to regulatory and ethics authorities across regions. Ensure global teams are trained, aligned, and equipped for execution. Maintain oversight of worldwide trial operations, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regional regulations. Monitor global patient recruitment, risks, timelines, and budgets, driving issue resolution. Direct documentation changes, study amendments, and retraining across all regions and functions. Provide oversight of global vendors, central labs, and external partners. Coordinate biomarker, genomic, and sub‑study activities for early‑phase trials. Lead global data cleaning, database lock, trial closeout, and registry disclosure activities. Support scientific publications and communication of study outcomes. Provide operational and scientific insight to portfolio leaders and the Evidence Team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4‑year undergraduate degree). Proven experience providing global leadership across Phase II & III clinical trials. Therapeutic area experience in Immunology, Metabolic, or Oncology. Deep understanding of global clinical trial planning, execution, and regulatory landscapes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed, multicultural environments. Ability to lead through influence, anticipate global challenges, and ensure patient‑focused outcomes.
