Role Overview As a Manager, Domestic Tax in our Domestic Tax team, you will work with a wide variety of clients and build your experience in new industries. You will collaborate with colleagues across service lines such as Advisory and Specialty Tax, broadening your perspective and helping solve client problems. Responsibilities Coaching and mentoring a team of tax colleagues on compliance and tax planning options. Establish deep trusting relationships with clients, advising them on complex tax matters. Review corporate tax provisions and compliance engagements, and analyze, review and complete corporate and personal income tax returns. Proactively resolve tax‑related issues with clients and other team members. Act as a leader in the management of our growing tax practice, identifying and developing new opportunities for additional tax services. Qualifications Enrolled in or completed the CPA Canada In‑Depth Tax Program, or have a Masters of Taxation degree. Solid experience in corporate and personal Canadian tax compliance. Demonstrated ability to develop and present new ideas and tax solutions for clients. Experience mentoring and developing others. Salary Current salary range for this role is $96,800–$133,100 in Mississauga, ON. The range may differ for other locations.
