Key Areas of Accountability Strategic leadership and board partnership Financial planning, budgeting, and risk management Community and stakeholder engagement Marketing, promotions, and resource development Operational excellence Human resources and team leadership What You'll Bring A degree or equivalent experience in business, nonprofit management, finance, or a related field 3+ years of progressive management experience, ideally in a nonprofit or membership-based organization Strong business acumen and proven ability to manage budgets and drive results Demonstrated success working collaboratively with a board of directors Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn and master any additional software or digital tools required for financial reporting, marketing, communications, stakeholder management, and daily operations.
