The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives. What You'll Do Business Development & Growth Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy focused on high-net-worth clients in Burlington and Oakville and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong referral relationships with centers of influence including wealth advisors, private bankers, accountants, and realtors. Represent the Private Client practice at networking events and strategic partner meetings. Identify opportunities to expand relationships through proactive coverage reviews and risk conversations. Client Advisory & Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor delivering thoughtful guidance across complex personal insurance portfolios. Lead discovery conversations focused on lifestyle, assets, liabilities, and emerging risks. Design and present customized insurance solutions including high-value homes, auto, specialty vehicles, and umbrella liability. Maintain long‑term client relationships through annual reviews and proactive touchpoints. Collaboration & Service Excellence Partner closely with Private Client concierge servicing teams to ensure a seamless, white‑glove experience. Provide clear guidance to servicing colleagues on placement, renewals, and ongoing client needs.
