Overview Are you a Senior Estimator or ambitious Estimator with experience bidding (and winning) commercial interior projects? You have about 5+ years of successful commercial interior construction project estimation experience, and you are detail-oriented and focused in your approach to projects. Responsibilities Work within the estimating team and collaborate with project management and business development staff within the corporate office to estimate project costs. Negotiate pricing with suppliers and create and maintain a file of approved vendors. Review contracts and strategically bid and win work. Be an integral part of the estimating team, working closely with all project stakeholders to bid, win, and deliver quality, profitable projects.
